Melinda N. Deel, PLLC is a full service law firm located in Rochester, Michigan. The firm was founded in 2001 by Melinda N. Deel. This family-owned practice provides quality legal services with an emphasis on goal-driven representation. The firm's principle areas of practice include: Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Patient Advocate Designations); Probating Estates; Family Law (Divorce, Custody, Child Support, Guardianships and Conservatorships); Juvenile Law (Juvenile Delinquency and Child Protective Proceedings); and Appeals.

There are very few attorneys with the broad and distinguished experience of Melinda Deel. In law school, Melinda clerked for the U.S. Attorneys Office in Lansing, assisting in the prosecution of drug crimes and medicaid fraud. Following law school, Melinda formed her own law practice. She was later joined by her husband and formed Deel & Deel, PLLC. In 2007, Melinda was awarded the Distinguished Service Award from the Oakland County Bar Association. The same year, she was appointed the Judicial Staff Attorney for the Honorable Martha D. Anderson, Oakland County Circuit Court Judge. In 2009, Melinda resigned her position to spend time with her twin sons and resumed solo practice.
